  I ordered online at 6.30pm on 30th Dec and ordered 2 pizzas I received a text stating they would take a maximum of an hour. I then called to ask why they would take so long and was told that they should be with me a lot quicker. After trying to call the shop at least 10 times (constantly engaged), the pizzas finally showed up at 8.15pm. I told the driver to take them back to the shop. There was no apology or text from the shop. Don't waste your time ordering from this place, there are much better options locally.

  First time ordering from this place, they forgot part of the order & took twice the time they said to deliver. Shouldn't have bothered again, but I did. Big mistake...Order delivered late again (well over an hour when they said no mor than 30 minutes) - The excuse this time was a big order came in after my order. My response: "So what"? The garlic bread was awful; soggy, like it was a reheated microwave bread-stick straight from the Coles freezer section. Shoestring fries soggy and oily; the worst I've ever known - 6 bucks straight into the bin. There are many other local places to order from in Hampton. I'll be trying them in the future & strongly suggest anyone who reads this review does the same, as it would not be hard to do better than Bay Crust. Simply bad food. Don't waste your money.
